Background

A graduate of the Faculty of Law at the Université du Québec à Montréal, Me Prévost was admitted to the Barreau du Québec in January 2013. She began her practice in Drummondville, where she worked for three years before joining Me Leilani Piette in 2016, with whom she had completed her law studies.

Me Prévost focuses her practice on civil law, particularly contract law, security interests and latent defects. She also practises estate law and business law, including the incorporation of business corporations, the drafting of shareholder agreements and legal reorganizations, serving a diverse clientele in cases of every scale.
