  • GoDaddy (website hosting and domain management)
  • Contact Form 7 (form management, data sent by email)
  • Microsoft 365 (email processing)
  • Complianz (cookie consent management)
  • Google Analytics (audience measurement, only with your consent)
  • Cloudflare Turnstile (protecting forms against bots)
• We may also disclose information where required or permitted by law.

Cookies

Information sent through the contact form is kept for a maximum of 24 months, unless a legal or professional obligation requires a longer period. Technical backups of the site are kept according to our host’s retention schedule.

Hosting and data transfers

The site is hosted by GoDaddy. Depending on the data centre used, your information may be processed or stored outside Quebec. In such cases, we ensure that this information receives protection equivalent to that provided under Quebec law, in accordance with Law 25.

Your rights

Subject to the conditions set out by law, you may request:

• Access to the personal information we hold about you
• Correction of inaccurate, incomplete or ambiguous information
• Withdrawal of your consent, where applicable
• Your information in a structured, commonly used technological format (right to portability)
• To file a complaint with our person in charge of the protection of personal information, whose contact details appear below
